Hello Everyone!

My name is Cara Niebling (she/her) and I am musical theatre artist currently based out of New York City. I earned my BFA in Musical Theatre from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and I am currently represented by Firestarter Entertainment.

As an artist I love bringing curiosity and playfulness to my work while staying grounded and sincere. I thrive in a collaborative environment and strive to tell the stories of young, imperfect, brilliant female characters through comedy and honesty. I am inspired by both musicals and plays, especially by works that are reimagined classics. I am a constant student (nerd alert) who is always seeking to expand my comfort zone. I am always open to trying new things in the performing arts in positions both on stage and backstage. I have experience in costuming, writing, directing, devising, teaching, working stage crew, and operating spot lights.
